My Room: The Sauna
The temperature inside of a human mouth is a blistering 97.5 degrees.... but inside a winterfresh mouth it's... much much COOLERR!!!!

....unfortunately my room is not a winterfresh room. It's hot in here and just sitting here doing nothing is causing me to perspire.

College is coming up soon and I'm excited to see what that brings. Sleeping late, getting fat, getting lazy, losing focus... hopefully, I won't go through some things that some freshmen go through... honestly though, I hope that this next year will be a good, God-centered year and that it will yield some good fruit. More specifically, I look forward to growing at Berean and also learning a lot from God's inerrant word.

Times spent in prayer and in the word have been refreshing lately. I've been reading Psalms and it's been refreshing to see those who love God cry out to him and depend on him despite their circumstance.

"Why are you cast down, O my soul,
and why are you in turmoil within me?
Hope in God; for I shall again praise him,
my salvation and my God." -Psalm 42:11

Therefore, I hope that those of you who do read this entry would be encouraged to go read your bibles! "Draw near to God and he will draw near to you." Don't give up reading the word just because it might seem "dull" every now and then, but seek him first and he will give you the desires of your heart. We are called as followers of Christ to know his commandments and to obey them, so do just that, so that we won't be caught off-guard on the day Christ returns.

"But may all who seek you
rejoice and be glad in you;
may those who love your salvation
say continually, "Great is the LORD!"
As for me, I am poor and needy,
but the Lord takes thought for me.
You are my help and my deliverer;
do not delay, O my God!" -Psalm 40:16-17
