So about 20 minutes into my run I begin to feel my stomach churn. I could feel a massive diarrhetic explosion preparing to occur. A few of my options: go to the nearby Burger King, run in straight to the bathroom so I won't be noticed, go in the bushes, go in the trashcans. I decided to hold it in because I wanted to be running the entire time... 40 minutes later I was still running back home and the diarrhea had only gotten worse. There were moments in my run where I had to slow down to withhold my bowel movements... other times I had to stop completely. I was about five minutes from home when I saw a toilet bowl out in front of someone's house... but luckily I got home in time and ran to the toilet... and in the toilet I saw the salad, rice, and other neat foods I had eaten earlier in the day. The diarrhea was actually quite refreshing though... Today's lesson: "No pain, no gain"
